Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Once we have scheduled a session, we will provide you with our bank details. You can transfer payment anytime before the date and time of the session. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the session occurs.
If you need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance by email or telephone, or full payment of the session will be due regardless of the reason, including illness or work commitments.
